Ticked

Agent 47 stands at the Paris fashion show, invitation in hand. The target is backstage, surrounded by guards and civilians. You note a waiter's empty glass, a secluded corridor, and a security room two floors up. Three minutes later, a guard is unconscious in a wardrobe and his uniform is yours. Nobody looked twice.
This is the minute-to-minute rhythm. You read the space, spot an opening, and move. Disguises let you slip past enforcers. Crowds hide you in plain sight. Accidents—a falling chandelier, a sabotaged gas lamp—erase the evidence. Every location, from a Dubai skyscraper to a Berlin club, is a dense clockwork puzzle where patience pays.
The main campaign strings these locations together. Between missions, Contracts mode lets you mark any NPC as a target with your own conditions. Escalations layer on extra complications—smuggle a specific weapon, eliminate with a headshot only, finish within a time limit. Each stage adds a rule, forcing you to learn the map inside out.
You spend more time watching than acting. Guard routes, camera blind spots, target isolation—once you see the pattern, the execution is a few clean seconds. Then you walk to the exit, briefcase in hand, while the body is discovered in a freezer three floors below.
Sprinting and un-hidden bodies trigger alerts
- Running instead of walking. Sprinting draws attention fast. Walk everywhere unless a situation is already loud.
- Knocking out the first guard you see. Bodies get found. Hide them in containers, tall grass, or rooms nobody patrols.
- Ignoring enforcers. A disguise fools most NPCs; enforcers see through it. Learn their faces before you walk past one.
- Reloading after every mistake. A messy run still teaches you guard patterns and exits. Stay in the level and adapt.
- Skipping the camera system. Cameras record suspicious behaviour. Destroy the recorder or avoid the lens entirely.
